Mitchell: Internet acting up again
Offline for more than a week
Oct. 31, 2009

Gutshot co-creator Mike Mitchell reports that, once again, he's offline and cannot access the Internet from home.

"This is very frustrating," he said. "Especially since we upgraded a lot of equipment here at home and -- allegedly -- so has Comcast cable. But, in spite of it all, I'm still down and it's taking them forever to get this sorted out."

Mitchell reports that he can access mail and online services at work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. He uses lunch and breaks to handle important Hawgleg and Arnica business.

"My wife and I are very upset and we're planning to change our internet provider. Even so, it still may take another week or so before everything is back up and running," he said.

In the meantime, sales and shipments are delayed by 24-48 hours between e-mail checks, but nothing is on hold or has been cancelled. He thanks everyone for their patience during this outage.

UPDATE 11/11/2009: Our Internet connection is still down. We have decided that Comcast has become too unpredictable and are now switching to a new service provider. We will keep you posted when that change is scheduled to be completed. Again, thank you for your patience in this matter.
