December winner decides it's time to get Gutshot!

  Second time at bat turned out to be a homer for Mike Newton, who was selected as the winner for our Gutshot Online Drawing.

DON'T WAIT 'TIL HIGH NOON! Mike Newton won this clock in our Quarterly Drawing, but it's available from our General Store!

"The first name pulled from the hat was from someone who registered back in 2003," said Gutshot co-creator Mike Mitchell. "We gave her almost four weeks to respond to our e-mails, but she never did so we drew a new name." Mitchell admits that they normally only allow for two weeks, but he let it slide because it was the holidays and because he was very busy wrapping up the typesetting and editing on the Gutshot Core Rule Book. "After I came up for air, I realized that I hadn't heard from her in almost a month, so I quickly pulled another name from the hat. This time Mike Newton responded very quickly,” Mitchell said. Mike is the 10th winner of the Gutshot Online Drawing, and only the second to select this particular prize.

“I would like the clock as my prize (to hang in the game room of course!)... It's time to Get Gutshot!" Newton replied with obvious enthusiasm.

As with previous contests, the winner will get to pick one item of Gutshot Merchandise from the General Store. The store currently carries T-shirts, baseball caps, mousepads, a barbeque apron, a new wall clock, and lots of other items that'll make you happier than a riverboat gambler with three aces up his sleeve!

"You could win your own clock or anything else from our General Store, just by sending us your e-mail address," Mitchell said. "If you haven't done so already, mosey over to our Contest Registration Page and sign up for the next drawing, which will be March 15, 2005."
